Packline Description:

Dual packlines, each with a Form, Fill and Seal machinery (description above) on rails, serving multiple spouts and delivering bags onto a flexible conveyor. Bags move over a centering conveyor, a metal detector conveyor, a weigher, two incline conveyors and onto a Beumer palletiser consisting of an infeed conveyor, a glue applicator conveyor with bag pricker, a turntable and onto a bag pusher conveyor with sliding doors depositing layers of bags onto the pallet. The full pallets from both palletisers move on roller conveyors through a pallet wrapping machine onto a holding conveyor where a forklift removes it for storage.

Size of a wooden pallet is 1200 x 1460mm. 25kg bags are stacked onto it in layers of 5 bags, 11 high. The height of a full pallet is 1.6m.
